That's right we are giving away £100 worth of products every month. Whats more it's so simple to be in with a chance of winning, just become a fan of The Oak Shop on facebook and that's it, your in with a shout. There's no catches or gimicks just £100 to spend on our site for one lucky winner each month.

Here's how it's going to work?

Go to The Oak Shop facebook page and become a fan.

Then each month we will pick one lucky winner at random from our fan list [sorry I will be removing family members from the draw].

The winner will be emailed via their facebook account and the name of each months winner will be posted on The Oak Shops page.

The winner will then be able to go to our website and pick goods up to the value of £100. If the winner wants an item over £100 then they will get a £100 discount [ie a £150 item would cost just £50, if your chosen item is under £100 there will be no cash alternative.]

The item will then be delivered to the winners home 2-4 weeks later.

There will be no minimum spend or a hefty postage fee to pay just £100 off any item/items

We are now selling on Karolo. The new online market place for new and used furniture. Many of our items can be purchased straight from the Karolo site or as normal from our own site. If you don't want to pay the price for new furniture still take a look at karolo as there are some great bargins to be had. The new and safer way to buy and sell.

New to our site are these tall dvd /cd storage units. This one was built to customer spec but could be built to meet your requirments.

As we posted below our new clearance page is now live. There's not that much at the moment but this will be added to in the coming days. Click here to go straight to it.

We will be shortly adding a clearance page to our site. There will be a range of items from items which are simply over stock, mis-measures and a small amount of seconds. Each item will be fully described as to why it's on the clearance page including any defects should it be a second. Each item will be priced to suit but will be at a greatly reduced price from our normal list price. These prices won't be repeated so don't delay as once they are gone that's it. We will be sending out a mailing email to our subscribers when this page goes live so why not add your name to our mailing list and be one of the first to get your hands on these not to be missed prices. Some of you will know we promised a sneak preview of our new range for 2010 on the blog. This has had to be delayed till the new year while we put some final touches to the products.

Oak Open Bookcase

This lovely oak open bookcase was built to spec recenctly for one of our clinets. They had seen the design in a major high street retail store but unfortunlty is wasn't to their size requirements [and in MDF]. We built it to meet their spec and in solid oak using mortice and tennion for the frame constuction and dovtails on the drawers. We now have these units for sale in our online shop at The Oak Shop

We do have it listed in a couple of sizes however if your required size is not listed don't panic, just ask and we will put your size up for you.

Five foot bespoke solid oak sideboard

5' solid oak bespoke unit built to customer spec. The brief was to build a unit where the doors and drawer fronts were flush with the front legs for the frame and where the 3" legs came though the unit top. Another requirement was that the grain followed through from the doors to the drawer fronts. The result was this stunning piece which the picture do not really do justice.
